Our products are manufactured using milk from goats raised in extensive free-range systems. The herds of goats belong to independent farmers.
Goats’ habitat is the virgin forest where they feed on pastures and wild fruits, far from all kinds of pollution, free from diseases, antibiotics, agrochemicals, and genetically manipulated feed (1), all of which results in extraordinary properties. (2). Milk harvesting is carried out under the strictest health and quality controls, from the milking stage through to the arrival of milk at the dairy plant for processing.

At La Primera, we harvest residual milk by hand. This means that milk is collected after the kids are weaned, in order not to interfere with the lactation process. Milk is subsequently processed, pasteurized and packaged under strict quality standards, without additives, added sugar, gluten or cow’s milk (3) traces.
Milk powder: packed in 250 g cartons, with a primary packaging featuring light and moisture barriers.
UHT long-life whole milk: highly secure and practical 200 ml Tetra Pak containers.
To prepare a 200 ml cup, use 100 ml of previously boiled, warm, and secure water; add four (4) level measures or two (2) level tablespoons of powder; stir gently, and add the remaining amount of the same quality water to make up to 200 ml.
